Our Story
Our small business was built from generations of family, food, and love. Growing up in the heart of Linden, NJ, with a big Sicilian-Italian family meant there was always a table full of people, homemade meals, and endless laughter. Surrounded by tradition and the comfort of real, from-scratch cooking, I developed a lifelong passion for feeding others and bringing people together through food. That love — and nearly two decades of experience in sales and leadership — eventually led me to follow my heart, choosing family and fulfillment over the corporate grind. What started as sharing meals with neighbors became a labor of love and a dream realized. The name CarbinMeCrazyEats was born from my deep love for carbs and the playful chaos that comes with baking, parenting, life, and chasing dreams all at once. Every loaf we bake is a reminder that the best things in life rise slowly — with love, family, and purpose
